BURGLARY: Two snowblowers, two lawn mowers, a power washer, 12 cases of ceramic tiles and other lawn tools were stolen between Nov. 1 and Dec. 27 from a shed in the 5700 block of Allemong Drive.
THEFT: Darelle Black, 20, 6040 W. Beechwood Road, Matteson, was charged with theft and possession of marijuana Dec. 18 after he stole $500 in money and video games while employed at Toys “R” Us, 5001 W. U.S. 30, police said.
FLEEING POLICE: Loren Vasquez, 26, 8605 Melvina Ave., Burbank, was charged with fleeing police, having a fraudulent license plate and no insurance after refusing to stop Dec. 19 before being curbed on U.S. 30, police said.
RETAIL THEFT: Brittney Rhymes, 20, 3343 Commercial Ave., Apt. 6, South Chicago Heights, was charged with retail theft Dec. 20 after “under-ringing” several hundred dollars in goods while employed at Target, police said.
MARIJUANA CHARGES: Tevin Williams, 20, 3639 W. 213th St., Matteson, and Johnston Carter, 21, 4861 Canterbury, Country Club Hills, were charged with possession of marijuana after police found 29 grams of the drug during a Dec. 22 stop in the 3600 block of 213th Street, police said.
DOMESTIC BATTERY: Kwamayne Edwards, 21, 546 Gregory Lane, Chicago Heights, was charged with domestic battery after a Dec. 23 incident in the 800 block of Dartmouth Avenue, police said.
DOMESTIC BATTERY: Amadeus Toney, 19, 21710 Richton Road, Apt. 1, Matteson, was charged with domestic battery after an altercation Dec. 23 at his home, police said.
POT POSSESSION: Jeffrey Galvin, 21, 145 Constance Lane, Chicago Heights; Marc Parker, 20, 11009 S. Wentworth Ave., Chicago; Pierre Hagan, 22, 3444 Provincetown Drive, Country Club Hills, and Arion Davis, 19, 22933 Bruce Drive, Richton Park, were charged with possession of marijuana after a Dec. 24 stop at 216th Street and Governors Highway, police said.
DOMESTIC BATTERY: Carl Nicolas, 29, 2041 Winter Ave., North Chicago, was charged with domestic battery after a Dec. 26 incident at a home in the 2300 block of Echelon Circle, police said.
EMPLOYEE THEFT: Pokeyta Henderson, 24, 411 Milburn, Crete, was charged with retail theft after issuing herself a phony $180 refund while working Dec. 27 as a cashier at Carson Pirie Scott at Lincoln Mall, police said.
TIRES TAKEN: Thieves stole $3,600 worth of spare tires from four sport utility vehicles Dec. 27 at Hawkinson Nissan, 5513 Miller Circle Drive.
THEFT: Someone stole a furnace, copper piping and a water heater from a vacant home in the 300 block of Windsor Street between Aug. 6 and Dec. 31.
THEFT: An employee of Bechstein Construction told police someone stole four junk condensers and three junk compressor motors Dec. 17 from the Norwood Plaza demolition site in the 500 block of Norwood Square.
MARIJUANA CHARGE: Adam Bruce, 47, 683 Casandra Lane, University Park, was charged with possession of marijuana, driving on a suspended license, having exired registration and no insurance after a Dec. 18 stop on Orchard Drive, police said.
POT POSSESSION: Raymond Wilson, 28, 361 W. 93rd St., Chicago, was charged with possession of marijuana, driving on a suspended license and no rear plate light and after a stop Dec. 18 at Sauk Trail and Minocqua Street, police said.
HOME BURGLARY: A television and video game system were stolen Dec. 19 from a house in the 100 block of Blackhawk Drive.
CAR THEFT: A 2002 Mitsubishi Gallant was stolen Dec. 21 in the 200 block of Forest Boulevard.
HOME BURGLARY: About $3,000 worth of electronics were stolen Dec. 21 from a house in the 300 block of Oswego Street.
BATTERY: Indi Wesley, 19, 332 Marquette St., and Kijuanna Sandifer, 21, 300 Waverly St., both of Park Forest, were charged with battery after going to a home Dec. 22 on Ash Street and attacking a 16-year-old girl and her mother, police said.
POT POSSESSION: Terrence Bishop, 29, 449 Tomahawk St., Park Forest, was charged with possession of marijuana and not wearing a seat belt Dec. 24 after a stop in the 300 block of Sauk Trail, police said.
HOME BURGLARY: A computer tablet and a semi-automatic handgun were stolen Dec. 25 from a house in the 200 block of Mantua Street.
