WINDOW BROKEN: Two landscaping bricks were thrown Feb. 15 through the living room window of a house in the 900 block of Destiny Drive.
DUI ARREST: Donyel Garrett, 38, 7328 Carpenter, Chicago, was charged with drunken driving, driving without a valid license and no insurance after crashing his car Feb. 17 at Cicero Avenue and U.S. 30, police said.
RETAIL THEFT: Frank Terry, 45, 1165 Stewart Ave., Calumet City, was charged with retail theft after stealing four pairs of pants Feb. 22 from Carson Pirie Scott at Lincoln Mall, police said.
DRUG CHARGES: Terrance Gray, 31, of Kankakee, was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after a Feb. 23 stop at Hummingbird Lane and Harvest Lane, police said. They said Brian Smith-Perry, 6705 Bridle Path Drive, Matteson, was charged with possession of cocaine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
WINDOW SHATTERED: Someone fired a BB gun pellet Feb. 24 through a living room window of a house in the 5200 block of Trinity Place.
DRUG ARREST: Bobby Brown, 46, 1217 Park Ave., #3, Chicago Heights, was charged with possession of cocaine and marijuana, giving false identification, driving on a revoked license, running a red light and no insurance after a stop Feb. 24 in the 3900 block of West U.S. 30, police said.
THEFT: Someone stole an air conditioning unit from a vacant home in the first block of Dunham Road between Jan. 16 and 31.
ROBBERY: Two 16-year-old boys were charged with robbery after attacking a 15-year-old Richton Park boy Jan. 29 and stealing his iPod and portable PlayStation while the boy was skateboarding near the Park Forest Library, police said.
POT POSSESSION: Andrew Hardrick, 19, 18528 Gladville, Homewood, was charged with possession of marijuana Feb. 1 after entering Rich East High School, 300 Sauk Trail, with two baggies full of the drug during a boys basketball game, police said.
CHURCH ROBBED: Grace United Church, 266 Somonauk St., was robbed twice during the same week, police said. The first incident occurred Feb. 14, when someone broke into the day care room and stole two video game systems and a garbage can. Four days later, someone stole $300 from a cash box, an iPod and speakers from the church office.
CAR THEFT: A 2000 Oldsmobile Alero was stolen Feb. 18 after it was left running in the driveway of a home in the 100 block of Westwood Drive. The car was recovered by Chicago Heights narcotics officers after it was abandoned in a police pursuit by three people who escaped on foot, police said.
THEFT: All four tires and rims were stolen Feb. 20 from a car in the 23400 block of Western Avenue.
VANDALISM: A Park Forest woman in the 100 block of Sycamore Drive told police someone slashed a tire on her car and broke a taillight, her side mirrors and a windshield wiper when the car was outside her home on Feb. 21.
THEFT: A small amount of money was taken Feb. 23 from a car in the 100 block of Birch Street.
PILFERED PHONE: A Park Forest woman told police three young men snatched her cellphone and ran off after she accidentally dropped the phone Feb. 23 in a snow bank in the 100 block of Lester Road.
