‘Deathtrap’ Tryouts: The Tinley Park-Park District will host auditions for its fall play “Deathtrap” from noon to 2 p.m. Sunday and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the Bettenhausen Recreation Center, 8125 W. 171st St., Tinley Park. Garden Walk: The Open Lands of Orland Park will host its seventh annual Garden Walk from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday beginning at the Orland Park Civic Center, 14750 S. Library Closed: Frankfort Public Library will be closed all Sundays to Labor Day.

Sprinkler Restriction: Orland Park’s Water Conservation Program will be in effect year round. Lawn sprinkling is permitted only from 7 to 11 a.m. and 7 to 11 p.m. throughout the entire year. Be a Counselor: Lockport Township Park District will host camp counselor training for students ages 13 to 15 from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. beginning Monday at Dellwood Park. Food Van: WTTW Chicago will host a Kids Great Food Fan Van performance from 10 a.m. to noon Thursday at Brookhaven Marketplace, 19818 S. LaGrange Road, Mokena. The show includes dancing, singing and healthy food sampling.

Lake Geneva Cruise: Tickets are on sale for a trip to Lake Geneva, Wis. hosted by the Orland Township Senior Services Department. The trip will run from
