Southland: Bridgeview Park District invites all girls basketball teams to join its league, which runs from December to March. Team divisions are fourth, fifth and sixth grades, and seventh and eighth grades. Games will be played on Saturdays and/or Sundays at the park district’s Sports Complex Gymnasium, 8100 S. New Lenox: Providence Catholic High School’s state champion cheerleading squad and coaches will host a stunting camp for grades six to eight from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. Dec. 17.
