Midlothian, Oak Forest police blotter

MIDLOTHIAN

BURGLARY: Someone stole a lawn mower and hedge trimmer between June 19 and 21 from a shed in the 14500 block of Kedvale Avenue.

POT POSSESSION: Nastasia R. Pearce, 26, was charged with possession of marijuana June 20 after a stop at 144th Street and Pulaski Road, police said.

NO LICENSE: Obdulia A. Marquez, 33, of Markham, was charged with driving without a valid license and no insurance after a June 21 stop at 147th Street and Pulaski Road, police said.

NO LICENSE: Epifanio Sausedo, 42, of Chicago, was charged with driving without a valid license and speeding after a stop June 21 at 144th Street and Kedzie Avenue, police said.

HOME BURGLARY: Someone stole a game system and five games June 21 from an apartment unit in the 3600 of 147th Place.

NO LICENSE: Jeromino Lugardo, 32, of Chicago, was charged with driving without a valid license after being stopped June 21 at 148th Street and Pulaski Road, police said.

DRUG CHARGE: Sarah P. Weidner, 21, 6743 W. 113th Place, Worth, was charged with possession of marijuana after a June 22 stop at 144th Street and Pulaski Road, police said.

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Dante A. Cade, 31, 18660 Oakwood Ave., Country Club Hills, was charged with driving on a suspended license, no insurance, having a defective windshield and no front license plate after a stop June 23 at 145th Street and Cicero Avenue, police said.

LICENSE SUSPENDED: Amanda M. Gardner, 25, of Riverdale, was charged with driving on a suspended license, no insurance and driving with one taillight after a June 23 stop at 143rd Street and Kenton Avenue, police said.

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Steven D. Hanson, 28, of St. Anne, Ill., was charged with driving on a suspended license and disobeying a traffic signal after being stopped June 23 at 147th Street and Springfield Avenue, police said.

DRUG CHARGE: Stacy L. Lawler, 34, of Markham, was charged with possession of a controlled substance June 25 after a stop at 147th Street and Tripp Avenue, police said.

BATTERY: David A. Harris, 20, 14334 Ridgeway Ave., Midlothian, was charged with battery after a June 25 disturbance at his home, police said.

BATTERY: Dale J. Elosh, 26, and Renee M. Elosh, 27, both of 14821 Kilbourn Ave., Midlothian, were charged with battery after a June 25 fight at Sullivan’s Bar, 4660 W. 147th St., police said. They said Dale Elosh also was charged with resisting police.

OAK FOREST

NO LICENSE: Raul De La Cruz, 18, 4316 Henry St., Oak Forest, was charged with driving without a valid license and speeding after a June 20 stop in the 5900 block of 159th Street, police said.

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Ava Hendricks, 31, 4542 Hartland Drive, Richton Park, was charged with driving on a suspended license and on suspended registration after a stop June 21 at 153rd Street and Cicero Avenue, police said.

DOMESTIC ASSAULT: Damarr D. Cole, 37, 5110 W. 159th St., Oak Forest, was charged with domestic assault after a June 21 disturbance at his home, police said.

VAN THEFT: A Chrysler van was stolen June 21 or 22 from a parking lot in the 14700 block of Central Avenue.

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Michael J. Lowe, 62, 833 Kostner Ave., Matteson, was charged with driving on a suspended license, no insurance and having expired registration after a June 22 stop in the 6700 block of 159th Street, police said.

LICENSE SUSPENDED: Christopher J. Luster, 22, 15859 LeClaire Ave., Oak Forest, was charged with driving on a suspended license after he was stopped June 23 in the 4600 block of 159th Street, police said.

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Jaber Mohammed, 19, 15027 S. 82nd Ave., Orland Park, was charged with driving on a suspended license after a stop June 24 at 147th Street and Central Avenue, police said.

POT POSSESSION: David W. Goetzinger, 27, 4117 W. 148th St., Midlothian, was charged with possession of marijuana, driving on a suspended license and speeding after a June 25 stop at 167th Street and Oak Forest Avenue, police said.
