BASEBALL

Mokena: The White Sox Hit Club, a baseball skills series for ages 6 to 11 run by the Mokena Park District, runs from Monday to Feb. 6 at Mokena Elementary School’s central gym. Orland Park: Illinois Sparks Baseball will host its third annual Banquet and Awards Ceremony, “Celebrating Our Past...Building Our Future.” The event will be held at Georgio’s, 8800 W. 159th St., Orland Park, on Feb. 3. BOWLING

FOOTBALL

Southland: Bo Jackson Elite Sports, 17130 S. Prime Blvd,, Lockport, is offering new 7-on-7 instructional football leagues. The program runs on Sundays for seven weeks and is split into two divisions of fifth and sixth graders and seventh and eighth graders. The first session is from Jan. 22 to March 11 and the second session runs April 15 to May 28. The format of the program is 30 minutes of speed and agility training, 30 minutes of position specific offensive training, 30 minutes of position specific defensive training, and a 60 minute instructional 7-on-7 game. Frankfort: Chicago Bears Youth Football Camp will be held July 9 to July 13 at Hallmark Sports Club, 10850 W. Laraway Road, Frankfort.
