BASEBALL

Southland: The Satchel Paige All-Stars Travel Baseball Team is looking for youth baseball players in age groups 13 to 14, 15 to 16 and 17 to 18 that would like to be a part of its 2012 Summer Travel Baseball Team that will include trips to Cincinnati, Omaha, Orlando and Puerto Rico. BASKETBALL
Oak Lawn: Richards High School and boys basketball coach John Chappetto will host a basketball camp for boys in grades three to eight from 10 to 11:30 a.m. June 25 to 28 at Richards High School, 10601 S. Central Ave., Oak Lawn. Fee: $40. Information: John Chappetto, (708) 499-2550, Ext. 5340.

Oak Lawn: The Oak Lawn basketball camp will be held Monday to Friday at Oak Lawn Community High School and is open to kids in fourth to ninth grade. Fourth to sixth graders will participate daily from 8 to 11:30 a.m. and seventh to ninth graders will participate between 12:30 and 4 p.m. A national shooting instructor will also hold a shooting clinic Tuesday open to boys and girls in grades four to 12. Chicago: St. Xavier University and women’s basketball coach Bob Hallberg will host their annual two-session camp for girls ages 7 to 15. The first session will run from June 11 to 15 and the second session from June 18 to 22. Both sessions will run daily from 1:30 to 4 p.m. at St. Xavier’s Shannon Center. SOCCER
Oak Lawn: Oak Lawn Park District’s girls indoor soccer league is forming. Teams will play against local high school and club indoor teams. Fee: $775 for teams with 51 percent or more Oak Lawn residents, $795 for 50 percent or fewer Oak Lawn residents. Information: (708) 857-2420.

Evergreen Park: The

TENNIS:
Palos Heights: Wimbledon Tennis, 12221 S. Ridgeland Ave., will hold its summer junior tennis programs beginning June 11. Classes are divided by ability level and meet twice a week.
