AGGRAVATED BATTERY: Kyle Palakaitas, 19, 5519 W. 90th St., Oak Lawn, was charged with aggravated battery, resisting police and damage to property following a June 15 disturbance at his home, police said. They said his father, Ken Palakaitas, 49, was charged with battery and obstructing a police officer.
DUI ARREST: Kurt T. Dietrick, 26, 4115 W. Arnold Place, Oak Lawn, was charged with drunken driving and speeding June 16 after he was stopped in the 5500 block of 111th Street, police said.
DUI ALLEGED: Abdulhamid Alsalahi, 40, 10328 Mansfield Ave., Oak Lawn, was charged with drunken driving and no insurance following a June 18 stop at 96th Street and Central Avenue, police said.
BATTERY: Peter Drozdowski, 25, 10841 Austin Ave., Chicago Ridge, was charged with battery June 23 after a disturbance in the 10000 block of Melvina Avenue, police said.
DUI CASE: David T. Zaker, 33, 7112 W. Stanford Drive, Bridgeview, was charged with drunken driving, running a stop sign and speeding June 23 after a stop at 93rd Street and Oak Park Avenue, police said.
LICENSE SUSPENDED: Eddie Tyler Jr., 49, of Chicago, was charged with driving on a suspended license, having expired registration and no insurance after a June 24 stop at 87th Street and Cicero Avenue, police said.
REVOKED LICENSE: Grover C. Staple, 61, of Bellwood, was charged with driving on a revoked license, improper passing and disobeying a safety zone after being stopped June 24 at 101st Street and Cicero Avenue, police said.
DUI CHARGE: Michael Perez, 28, 9825 Ridgeland Ave., Oak Lawn, was charged with drunken driving, no insurance, illegal transportation of alcohol and not wearing a seat belt after a stop June 24 at 95th Street and Ridgeland Avenue, police said.
RETAIL THEFT: Latiffany White, 22, of Chicago, was charged with retail theft and resisting police after she stole merchandise June 24 from Discovery Clothing, 6336 W. 95th St., police said.
DUI ARREST: Tatyana Demchenko, 29, 11911 Windemere Court, Orland Park, was charged with drunken driving, speeding and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle after being stopped June 24 at Southwest Highway and Massasoit Avenue, police said.
BATTERY: Harold J. Schultz, 24, 9611 Homan Ave., Evergreen Park, was charged with battery after an incident June 24 in the 5300 block of 95th Street, police said.
SUSPENDED LICENSE: Thelonius Ross, 30, 10216 Pulaski Road, Oak Lawn, was charged with driving on a suspended license June 25 after a stop at 104th Street and Hamlin Avenue, police said.
LICENSE SUSPENDED: Mohammed Mohiuddin, 25, of Chicago, was charged with driving on a suspended license, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, driving off the roadway, negligent driving, no insurance and damage to village property after being stopped June 25 at 106th Place and Cicero Avenue, police said.
AGGRAVATED ASSAULT: Patrick J. Miller, 21, 9807 Washington Ave., Oak Lawn, was charged with aggravated assault June 25 after a disturbance in the 9400 block of Major Avenue, police said.
LICENSE SUSPENDED: Kelly A. Carrig, 30, 9417 Mobile Ave., Oak Lawn, was charged with driving on a suspended license, no insurance and leaving the scene of an accident after striking an unattended vehicle June 26 at 95th Street and Mobile Avenue, police said.
SUSPENDED LICENSE: Chris A. Dabner, 42, of Chicago, was charged with driving on a suspended license after he was stopped June 26 at 95th Street and Lacrosse Avenue, police said.
