Oak Lawn Community High School business teacher and attendance counselor Jan Voight recently served as Grand Marshal of the school’s Homecoming Parade in honor of her final year at the school.

Voight, who has taught typing, general business, shorthand, consumer education and word processing, will retire at the end of the 2012-13 school year. She has taught at Oak Lawn Community High School for 33 years.

“It was an honor to represent OLCHS as the Grand Marshal of the Homecoming celebration,” Voight said. “I greatly appreciated the recognition from the OLCHS community and was happy to participate in the Homecoming activities along with the students.”
