So Chicago police want to be paid for all work they do when they’re not officially on the job? That’s fine and dandy as far as I am concerned.
But what about all the teachers who bring home papers to grade at night? And, yes, that does happen often — just in case the usual grumpy teacher-bashers want to bellyache about that.
