Wilkins Junior High School in Justice recently hosted the first district-wide Teachers Past vs. Present Volleyball Tournament.

Parents, students and staff from all of the buildings gathered to cheer on teachers representing their schools. Students dressed in colors representing each building and made signs to cheer their teachers on to victory.

Sixty-two staff members, including five administrators, took part in this fun and competitive tournament.

There were eight teams: two from Brodnicki, two from Wilkins Elementary, two from Bridgeview, one from Lyle and one from Wilkins Junior High School.

In the end, the host team took home both the trophy and bragging rights. All money raised from this event goes directly into the Indian Springs Scholarship Fund, and over $500 was raised from this event.
