Mokena biz expo Feb. 25

The Community Business Expo & Health Fair will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Feb. 25 at The Oaks Recreation and Fitness Center, 10847 LaPorte Road, Mokena.

There is no charge to attend and businesses will be displaying their products and services and there will be health screenings available. For information, visit www.mokena.org.

Business legal issues seminar Thurs.

Moraine Valley Community College will host a seminar on the legal issues of operating a business from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. Thursday in the college’s Moraine Business and Conference Center, 9000 W. College Parkway, Palos Hills. The cost is $20 and includes a continental breakfast.
