Zaczek earns Premier Distinction honor

Alyssa Zaczek, a senior member of the Sandburg High School Speech Team, has achieved the degree of Premier Distinction in the National Forensic League, an honorary speech and debate society.
The honor places Zaczek among the top half of one percent of the NFL student members. Only 106 student members in the nation achieved this degree this year.
Zaczek has represented the school’s speech team at the IHSA State tournament in her junior and senior years, and was selected for the cast of the All-State Show for the Illinois Theater Festival as well as the All-Conference and All-Sectional Cast for Contest Play.
