HOMER GLEN
DUI ARREST: Christopher Galuszka, 22, 13521 Lost Boy Lane, Homer Glen, was charged with drunken driving and improper lane use after a stop June 25 at 143rd Street and Oak Trail, police said.
DUI CASE: Michael Sweeny, 46, 16132 Twin Oak Court, Homer Glen, was charged with drunken driving, no insurance and not slowing down to avoid an accident after a June 26 accident at Oak Court and Oak Valley Trail, police said.
SUSPENDED LICENSE: Mohammad Farrhan, 20, 16218 Blackhawk Drive, Lockport, was charged with driving on a suspended license and speeding after a stop June 29 at 167th Street and Parker Road, police said.
ORLAND PARK
RETAIL THEFT: Deborah Samuels, 27, 14607 Chicago Road, Dolton, was charged with retail theft after “under ringing” or failing to scan more than $2,000 worth of merchandise for three recurring customers between April 1 and June 20 while employed as a cashier at Home Depot, 7300 W. 159th St., police said.
RETAIL THEFT: Ashfa Singh, 37, of Danville, and Amer Riaz, 2951 S. King Drive, Chicago, were charged with retail theft after stealing $310 worth of merchandise June 17 from JC Penney at Orland Square Mall, police said.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Jorge Martinez, 42, 4500 W. 55th St., Chicago, was charged with disorderly conduct after staff members observed him masturbating on a park bench June 24 at Centennial Pool, 15520 West Ave., police said.
MARIJUANA CHARGE: Brian Gallardo, 37, 10948 Third St., Mokena, was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, not wearing a seat belt and no insurance after a June 25 stop in the 17100 block of Wolf Road, police said.
POT POSSESSION: Christina Thurner, 32, 9816 Treetop Drive, 1E, was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after a June 26 stop in the 9900 block of 151st Street, police said.
