Moraine Valley to host job fair
Employers from all industries who have position openings are needed for Moraine Valley Community College’s Fall Job and Internship Fair, which will take place from 2 to 5 p.m. Sept. 27 at the school, 9000 W. College Parkway, Palos Hills.
The registration fee is $100 for a six-foot table and lunch for two recruiters. Space is limited.

ORLAND PARK
Alden Estates to present fishing festival
Alden Estates of Orland Park Rehabilitation and Health Care Center will host its inaugural Fall Fishing Festival from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sept. 29.
Anglers will be able to fish in the center’s fully stocked fishing pond and compete for prizes. The event also will feature DJ music, a magician, face painting, a raffle, crafters, an inflatable slide, pony rides, food and more.
Admission is free. All proceeds from food sales will benefit Together We Cope and the Leukemia Research Foundation.
