ORLAND PARK
DOMESTIC BATTERY: Ricardo Castillo-Olivares, 25, 9024 Kennedy Court, Orland Park, was charged with domestic battery after a June 28 incident in the ballfield of High Point School, 14825 West Ave., police said.
BATTERY: Derek Sallas, 24, 8608 Golfview Drive, Orland Park, was charged with retail theft and battery after stealing a T-shirt and elbowing an employee Aug. 8 at JC Penney at Orland Square Mall, police said. They said Tyler Sallas, 21, of the same address, was charged with obstructing identification in the incident.
DUI ARREST: Kevin Rettke, 19, 15711 Deerfield Court, 2S, Orland Park, was charged with drunken driving and speeding after an Aug. 9 stop in the 7800 block of 157th Street, police said.
DUI CHARGE: George Papadatos, 32, 17222 Deerview Drive, Orland Park, was charged with drunken driving and making an improper turn after being stopped Aug. 9 on Capistrano Lane, police said.
AGGRAVATED ASSAULT: Dagoberto Ramirez Jr., 20, 15023 Castlebar Lane, Orland Park, was charged with aggravated assault to a police officer, criminal damage to property and illegal consumption of alcohol after spitting at and threatening police officers responding Aug. 10 to a domestic disturbance at his home, police said.
DUI CASE: Vania Arquilla-Annesley, 52, 14340 LaGrange Road, Apt. 6, Orland Park, was charged with drunken driving after a stop Aug. 12 in the 14300 block of LaGrange Road, police said.
MARIJUANA CHARGE: Fadi Nassar, 24, 6949 Brementowne Road, Tinley Park, and Abedmonem Zayyad, 23, 8631 89th St., Hickory Hills, were charged with possession of marijuana after an Aug. 16 stop in the 15200 block of Catalina Drive, police said.
DUI ALLEGED: Kyle Judge, 22, 213 Walnut St., Frankfort, was charged with drunken driving, improper lane use and having expired registration after he was stopped Aug. 17 in the 17900 block of Marley Creek Boulevard, police said.
