HOMER GLEN

DOOR BROKEN: The front glass door of Homer Wine and Liquors was broken Oct. 31 in the 13000 block of 143rd Street.

VEHICLE BURGLARY: A wallet was stolen Oct. 31 from a vehicle in the 13000 block of Stonecreek Court.

RUSE BURGLARY: An elderly resident told police that a man came to his door Oct. 31 in the 14000 block of Teakwood Drive and said he would be doing work on the rear of the property. The victim accompanied the man outside to see where the work would be done and later discovered jewelry and cash missing from a bedroom of the house.

WINDOW BROKEN: A landscaping brick was used to break a window on a vehicle Nov. 2 in the 14000 block of Golden Oak Drive.

ORLAND PARK

EMPLOYEE THEFT: Myeko Manns, 19, 228 Normandy Drive, Chicago Heights, was charged with theft after stealing $190 from the cash register while employed at Bed Bath & Beyond at Orland Park Place mall between September and Oct. 22, police said.

EMPLOYEE THEFT: Toni Stackhouse, 25, 3845 78th St., Chicago, was charged with retail theft after under-ringing about $1,300 worth of merchandise between Sept. 22 and Oct. 25 while a cashier at Carson Pirie Scott at Orland Square Mall, police said.

DUI ARREST: Sean Goulet, 31, 14306 Blue Spruce Court, Orland Park, was charged with drunken driving, improper lane use and making an improper turn after an Oct. 21 stop in the 16600 block of Wolf Road, police said.

RETAIL THEFT: Anthony Travis, 46, 10520 Ridgeland Ave., Apt. 1, Chicago Ridge, was charged with retail theft after stealing a $350 car stereo Oct. 21 from Best Buy, 15854 LaGrange Road, police said.

MARIJUANA ARREST: Paul Siwinski, 24, 6505 Forest View Drive, Oak Forest, was charged with possession of marijuana and having expired registration after a stop Oct. 22 in the 7200 block of 143rd Street, police said.

DUI CHARGE: Johnnie Euell, 40, 1449 State St., Calumet City, was charged with drunken driving, speeding and improper lane use after being stopped Oct. 23 in the 13500 block of LaGrange Road, police said.

MARIJUANA CHARGES: Zachary Miller, 25, 8809 Sycamore Court, Tinley Park, was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and running a stop sign after an Oct. 24 stop in the 14400 block of West Avenue, police said. They said Zachary Pedigo, 23, 17635 Windsor Parkway, Tinley Park, also was charged with possession of marijuana.

RETAIL THEFT: A juvenile from Chicago was charged with retail theft and obstruction of justice after stealing clothing from two stores Oct. 24 at Orland Park Place mall, police said. They said Soiya Freeman, 23, 6720 Morgan St., Chicago, was charged with driving on a suspended license, no insurance and not securing a child in a safety seat.

RETAIL THEFT: Patrick Garcia, 19, 3130 Peoria St., Steger, was charged with retail theft after stealing a $180 coat from Sears at Orland Square Mall on Oct. 25, police said.

POT POSSESSION: Christopher Hill, 22, 7515 W. 159th St., #305, Tinley Park, was charged with possession of marijuana after being questioned Oct. 27 in a parking lot along Orland Square Drive, police said.

RETAIL THEFT: Jeremy Williams, 22, 14651 LaSalle, Dolton, was charged with retail theft after stealing $350 worth of merchandise Oct. 27 from J.C. Penney at Orland Square Mall, police said.

DUI CASE: Michael Townsend, 32, 209 Manor Drive, A, New Lenox, was charged with drunken driving, no insurance and making an improper turn after a stop Oct. 28 on 153rd Street, police said.
