HOMER GLEN

NO LICENSE: Jose De Jesus Arriaga-Morales, 38, of Joliet, was charged with driving without a valid license and improper passing after an Oct. 15 stop at 159th Street and Cedar Road, police said.

THEFT: Two generators were stolen Oct. 15 from a construction site at 143rd Street and Bell Road.

VEHICLE BURGLARIES: Two unlocked vehicles were burglarized Oct. 15 in the 13000 block of Monaghan Road. Sunglasses and 50 CDs were stolen from one vehicle and a golf club, 200-piece tool set, DVD player, GPS unit and 20 CDs were taken from the other.

TRESPASSING: Michael Roczkowski, 21, 13536 W. Haggard St., was charged with criminal trespass to a vehicle after breaking into a vehicle Oct. 21 at his residence, police said.

ORLAND PARK

DUI CHARGE: Matthew Bauer, 26, 16243 Bormet Drive, Tinley Park, was charged with drunken driving, possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia, no insurance, driving without a valid license and not wearing a seat belt after a Sept. 29 stop in the 9400 block of 159th Street, police said.

RETAIL THEFT: Andrew Cook, 19, of Manhattan, was charged with retail theft and criminal damage to property after stealing $476 worth of clothing Oct. 6 from Macy’s at Orland Square Mall, police said.

RETAIL THEFT: Polly Rutherford-Serpe, 40, 9876 W. 145th Place, Orland Park, was charged with retail theft after stealing $400 worth of goods Oct. 7 from Kohl’s at Orland Park Place mall, police said.

POT POSSESSION: Michael Springer, 52, 9251 Roberts Road, Hickory Hills, was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after being questioned by police Oct. 7 in the 14600 block of Ash Street, police said.

ASSAULT: Michal Wal, 40, 9159 Cardinal Drive, Orland Hills, was charged with assault after fighting with another man Oct. 9 outside Cooper Service, 16400 104th Ave., police said.

RETAIL THEFT: Heidi Levigne, 39, of Bellingham, Wash., was charged with retail theft after stealing $355 worth of anti-wrinkling creams and other items Oct. 10 from Sephora at Orland Square Mall, police said.

DUI ARREST: Allison Martino, 27, 15506 82nd Ave., Orland Park, was charged with drunken driving and speeding after she was stopped Oct. 10 in the 15800 block of LaGrange Road, police said.

BATTERY: David Marquez, 29, 12800 70th Ave., Palos Heights, was charged with battery after attacking another employee during a work-related argument Oct. 10 at Automedics, 13751 Southwest Highway, police said.

RETAIL THEFT: Jamie Purches, 19, 4309 W. 63rd St., Apt. 2, Chicago, was charged with retail theft after stealing merchandise Oct. 11 from Carson Pirie Scott at Orland Square Mall, police said.

RETAIL THEFT: Giovanni Gagliano, 26, and Antonella Gagliano, 21, both of Dyer, Ind., were charged with retail theft after stealing more than $1,000 worth of goods Oct. 11 from Macy’s at Orland Square Mall, police said.

EMPLOYEE THEFT: Al Kaleel, 34, 9004 Newcastle Court, Tinley Park, was charged with forgery and theft Oct. 14 after stealing thousands of dollars from three customers through fraudulent transactions while employed at First Merit Bank, 14701 LaGrange Road, in November and December of 2012, police said.
