DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Essa Zegar, 30, 14106 Golden Oak Drive, Homer Glen, was charged with disorderly conduct after an Oct. 25 incident at a tobacco shop at Orland Oak shopping center, 143rd Street and Golden Oak Drive, in which he was driving in the parking lot and pointed a gun, which turned out to be an air gun, toward the shop, causing people to run from the area. Zegar told police he was just playing around and did not mean to alarm anyone.
DUI ARREST: Laura Relyea, 45, 14501 Pheasant Lane, Homer Glen, was charged with drunken driving and improper lane use after being stopped Oct. 31 at 159th Street and Will-Cook Road, police said.
SUSPENDED LICENSE: Jocelyn Hernandez, 20, of 600 Fourth St., Lemont, was charged with driving on a suspended license and no insurance after a stop Nov. 1 in the 13000 block of 143rd Street, police said.
THEFT: A pipe threader was stolen Nov. 4 from a construction site in the 14100 block of Bell Road.
NO LICENSE: Stacey Lopez, 22, 15039 Glen View Court, Homer Glen, was charged with driving without a valid license, speeding and no insurance after a stop Nov. 6 at Hawk Haven and Lemont roads, police said.
TRUCK THEFT: A 2006 Freightliner semi truck was stolen Nov. 7 in the 13000 block of 159th Street. It was later recovered in Hammond, police said.
BURGLARY: Seven blowers, seven hedge trimmers, a concrete saw and five weed whackers were stolen Nov. 9 from landscaping trailers at Beary Landscape, 15001 W. 159th St.
NO LICENSE: Daniel Stevens, 18, 13202 Archer Ave., Lemont, was charged with driving without a valid license, speeding and no insurance after a Nov. 9 stop at 143rd Street and Parker Road, police said.
THEFT: Two brass well pumps were stolen Nov. 9 from the back yard of a residence in the 14000 block of North Creek Court.
CREDIT FRAUD: Pamela Cavin-Onikoyi, 42, 15332 Myrtle Ave., Harvey, was charged with identity theft, credit card fraud and obstructing identification after attempting to use a stolen credit card to purchase more than $900 worth of items Oct. 19 at Sears at Orland Square Mall, police said.
DOMESTIC BATTERY: Brian Zabrodski, 24, 16125 Wildwood Lane, Homer Glen, was charged with domestic battery after an Oct. 19 incident at an apartment in the 15200 block of La Reina Real, police said.
POT POSSESSION: Joseph Viall, 18, 10729 Voss Drive, Orland Park, was charged with possession of marijuana and not wearing a seat belt after an Oct. 22 stop on 159th Street, police said.
RETAIL THEFT: Vianey Acosta, 33, of Joliet, was charged with retail theft after stealing more than $150 worth of clothes and a $28 candle Oct. 25 from Macy’s at Orland Square Mall, police said.
RETAIL THEFT: Althea Slayden, 46, 8156 Wood St., 2A, Chicago, was charged with retail theft after stealing more than $300 worth of goods Oct. 29 from Carson Pirie Scott at Orland Square Mall, police said.
DOMESTIC BATTERY: Jacob Kroll, 18, 17540 Westbridge Road, Tinley Park, was charged with domestic battery after an altercation Oct. 29 in a parking lot in the 500 block of Orland Square Drive, police said.
DUI ARREST: Patrick Sweeney, 76, 13930 88th Ave., Orland Park, was charged with drunken driving, no insurance and improper lane use after he was stopped Nov. 1 in the 14200 block of 88th Avenue, police said.
