Northwestern College recently named Mary Reynolds, of Tinley Park, as the new campus director for the College’s Naperville campus.
Reynolds had been serving as the interim campus director since January of 2011 when she was appointed to fill the post temporarily. After nearly a year serving the college in this capacity, she was offered the permanent position of campus director.
Reynolds joined Northwestern College in 1997 as an admissions representative and was soon promoted to advising coordinator, where she served for nine years.
As advising coordinator she managed academic advising services for the Naperville campus, which include quarterly academic and career advising for all students, in addition to hiring, training, evaluating and managing the academic advising team.
Reynolds was then promoted to project manager to implement a new centralized administrative system termed Enterprise Resource Planning System, which she coordinated for two years.
