Education Grant: Children and spouses of Illinois police officers and firefighters who have been killed or who have become 90 percent disabled in the line of duty can apply for grant funding to attend an Illinois college. Southwest Trip: The Mokena Park District is offering a National Parks of the Southwest Trip. The 13-day holiday includes visits to Arches, Bryce Canyon, Zion and Grand Canyon national parks, as well as 19 meals, a float trip along the Colorado River, the Moqui Cave Museum and other activities.
