ORLAND HILLS

THEFT: Shenise Drake, 22, 133 W. Deerpath Road, Matteson, was charged with theft Jan. 19 after surveillance cameras caught her stealing $1,200 from cash registers between Jan. 3 and 17 while she was employed at Wal-Mart, 9245 W. 159th St., police said.

MARIJUANA CHARGE: Majd Zayed, 21, 16900 92nd Ave., Orland Hills, was charged with possession of marijuana and no rear plate light after a Jan. 22 stop in the 9200 block of 159th Street, police said.

WEAPON CHARGE: Larry Hughes, 55, 10559 Hale Ave., Chicago, was charged with carrying a concealed weapon after police found a baton holstered to his left hip during a Jan. 24 stop in the 9400 block of 159th Street, police said.

DUI ARREST: Robb Burton, 39, of Bourbonnais, was charged with drunken driving, improper lane use and illegal transportation of alcohol after a stop Jan. 28 in the 9300 block of 159th Street, police said.

DUI CHARGE: Joseph Jensen, 25, 11783 Seagull Lane, Palos Heights, was charged with drunken driving and improper lane use after being stopped Jan. 28 in the 16700 block of LaGrange Road, police said.

POT POSSESSION: Sigfredo Garcia, 27, 9142 S. 49th Ave., Oak Lawn, was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after a Jan. 29 stop in the parking lot of Georgios Comfort Inn, 8800 W. 159th St., police said.

RETAIL THEFT: Gonzalo Davila, 33, 14241 Clearview Drive, Orland Park, was charged with retail theft, unlawful use of weapon and possession of prescription drugs after police discovered a baton and bottles of pills in his car after he was stopped for stealing from Wal-Mart, 9245 W. 159th St., in the store’s parking lot on Jan. 31, police said.

TINLEY PARK

TRUCK BURGLARY: A stereo was stolen between Feb. 2 and 18 from a pickup truck at Bettenhausen Dodge, 8355 W. 159th St.

HOME BURGLARY: Someone stole $175 between Feb. 8 and 11 from the bedroom of an apartment in the 16800 block of Harlem Avenue.

NO LICENSE: Rosio C. Rubio, 37, of Chicago, was charged with driving without a valid license Feb. 13 after a stop at 182nd Street and Harlem Avenue, police said.

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Bianca Schulfield, 22, 18519 Meadow Lane, Hazel Crest, was charged with driving on a suspended license, having expired registration and transporting a child without a safety seat after a stop Feb. 13 at 183rd Street and Harlem Avenue, police said.

NO LICENSE: Efrain Orduna, 39, 16794 Hillside Place, Tinley Park, was charged with driving without a valid license and was arrested on a Harvey warrant after a Feb. 13 stop at 167th Street and Lakewood Drive, police said.

RETAIL THEFT: Justin Jacimiec, 22, 15434 Tulip Lane, Orland Park, was charged with retail theft, burglary and disorderly conduct Feb. 14 after he stole sporting goods from Super Target, 7300 W. 191st St., police said.

NO LICENSE: Jorge Tepet-Crus, 19, 7335 Tiffany Drive, Orland Park, was charged with driving without a valid license and no insurance Feb. 14 after a stop at 162nd Street and Harlem Avenue, police said.

DUI ARREST: Joshua Varichak, 21, was charged with drunken driving and improper parking on the roadway after being stopped Feb. 14 at 191st Street and Ridgeland Avenue, police said.

LICENSE SUSPENDED: Enrique Mata, 45, 7755 W. Emerald Court, Frankfort, was charged with driving on a suspended license and no insurance after a Feb. 14 stop at 161st Street and 80th Avenue, police said.

DRUG THEFT: A controlled substance was stolen between Feb. 14 and 15 from the nurse’s office at Prairie View Middle School, 8500 W. 175th St.

FLEEING CRASH: Michael J. Stock, 44, 16743 Richards Drive, Tinley Park, was charged with leaving the scene of an accident and no insurance after a Feb. 15 crash at 171st Street and Marilyn Drive, police said.

LICENSE SUSPENDED: Joseph A. Molina, 22, 7518 W. 162nd St., Tinley Park, was charged with driving on a suspended license and failure to yield Feb. 17 after a stop at 162nd Street and Oak Park Avenue, police said.

POT POSSESSION: Thomas M. Rohan, 32, 16639 Jean Lane, Tinley Park, was charged with possession of marijuana, hypodermic needles and syringes and other drug paraphernalia after a stop Feb. 18 at his home, police said.

REVOKED LICENSE: Roger L. Emmering, 7359 W. 171st St., Tinley Park, was charged with driving on a revoked license and no insurance after a Feb. 18 stop at 173rd Street and Oconto Avenue, police said.

DUI ALLEGED: Robert J. Zieler, 57, of Benld, Ill., was charged with drunken driving after he was stopped Feb. 18 at 159th Street and 76th Avenue, police said.

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Keillen B. Lee, 29, 17359 S. 71st Court, Tinley Park, was charged with driving on a suspended license and no insurance Feb. 19 after a stop at 173rd Place and 71st Court, police said.

RETAIL THEFT: Melanie Gurgel, 33, 359 Minocqua St., Park Forest, was charged with retail theft Feb. 19 after she stole $150 worth of merchandise from Kohl’s, 7500 W. 191st St., police said.

LICENSE REVOKED: Michael T. Reese, 44, 358 Waverly St., Park Forest, was charged with driving on a revoked license after being stopped Feb. 19 in the 7800 block of 183rd Street, police said.

LICENSE SUSPENDED: Brandon J. Braylock, 23, of Glenwood, was charged with driving on a suspended license and no insurance Feb. 20 after a stop at 183rd Street and LaGrange Road, police said.
