BASEBALL

Mokena: The Mokena Park District is offering a North Central College hitting camp from 9 a.m. to noon June 4 to 8 at Hecht Park, 9310 W. Birch Ave., for kids ages 8 to 12. BASKETBALL

FOOTBALL

Frankfort: Chicago Bears Youth Football Camp will be held July 9 to 13 at Hallmark Sports Club, 10850 W. Laraway Road, Frankfort. With professional coaches and Chicago Bears Heroes on hand, kids learn how to run, throw, catch, defend and compete the Bears way. Fee: $399. Information: (312) 226-7776 or www.bearscamps.com.

New Lenox: Providence Catholic High School and football coach Mark Coglianese will host camps for kids in grades four to eight from July 9 to 13. A fundamentals camp will be held from 9 to 11:30 a.m. and a 7-on-7 passing camp from noon to 1:30 p.m. Fees: $95 for fundamentals camp only, $130 for both. SOCCER

Orland Park: Registration for the Orland Park Soccer Club Fall Recreational program is underway. Regular registration will be through July 15 and late registration will be from July 16 to 31. Registration is open online at www.orlandparksc.org for boys in grades Pre-kindergarten to grade eight and girls in grades Pre-kindergarten to grade 12. SOFTBALL

Oak Forest: The Oak Forest Park District Girls Softball Association will be hosting the 19th Annual Diane Spiewak Memorial Tournament from July 9 to 15. The tournament is for in-house teams only in these age groups: 10 and under, 12 and under and 14 and under. The tournament is also interested in sponsors. TENNIS

Mokena: The Mokena Park District is offering a free tennis clinic from the South Suburban Tennis Academy on Saturday at the Main Park Tennis Courts, 10925 LaPorte Road, in the following groups: ages 4 to 6 from 9 to 10 a.m., ages 7 to 10 from 11 a.m. to noon, ages 11 to 14 from 1 to 2 p.m. and ages 15 to adult from 2 to 3 p.m. Advance registration is required, Summer tennis lessons will also be offered. TRACK AND FIELD
