Numerous cartons and packages of cigarettes were stolen June 1 from a Tinley Park tobacco store, police said.
Surveillance video shows three men exiting a sport utility vehicle about 2:50 a.m. at The Tobacco House, 8005 W. 183rd St., and one of them using an ax to smash the store’s front window, according to police.
They said the other men then entered the store through the window, carrying plastic garbage cans that they filled with cartons and packages of cigarettes before leaving through the front door.
