Midlothian: Registration is open for the Midlothian Park District’s Adult Wiffle Ball League. Teams can be men-only, women-only or coed, and games will be played at 6:30 p.m. Friday nights beginning July 13 at the Midlothian Park District’s T-ball fields, 145th Street and Kilbourn Avenue. Frankfort: Chicago Bears Youth Football Camp will be held July 9 to 13 at Hallmark Sports Club, 10850 W. Laraway Road, Frankfort. New Lenox: Providence Catholic High School and football coach Mark Coglianese will host camps for kids in grades four to eight from July 9 to 13. A fundamentals camp will be held from 9 to 11:30 a.m. and a 7-on-7 passing camp from noon to 1:30 p.m. Fees: $95 for fundamentals camp only, $130 for both. Orland Park: Sandburg High School and the Pioneer Youth football programs are partnering to host the fifth annual Orland Park Gridiron Golf Classic on Thursday at Silver Lake Country Club. A shotgun start is scheduled for 10 a.m. Food from many of the area’s best restaurants will be available to golfers. Foursome and sponsor opportunities are still available. Orland Park: Registration for the Orland Park Soccer Club Fall Recreational program is now open. Regular registration will be through July 15 and late registration will be from July 16 to 31. Oak Forest: The Oak Forest Park District Girls Softball Association will be hosting the 19th Annual Diane Spiewak Memorial Tournament from July 9 to 15. Orland Park: The Orland Youth Assocation will host its annual Orland Lightning 4th of July Tournament from July 2 to 8 (no games will be played on July 4).
