Here is a look at events with tickets already on sale or going on sale soon.

Shows include Big Time Rush at First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre in Tinley Park.

BIG TIME RUSH

Tickets are still available for Big Time Rush’s Aug. 4 concert at First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre, 19100 S. Ridgeland Ave., Tinley Park, (708) 614-1616.

The group, which has been called the biggest boy band in America, is also the star of a self-titled Nickelodeon TV show.

Cody Simpson will open the Big Time Summer Tour stop.

Tickets are $20 for general-admission lawn or standing room only, $20-$54 for second pavilion and $21-$79 for first pavilion at all Ticketmaster outlets, the venue box office, LiveNation.com or charge-by-phone at (800) 745-3000.

Tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. Aug. 4 for the Liberation Tour featuring Mary J. Blige and D’Angelo with Melanie Fiona.
