Augustana College
Several area students from Augustana College in Rock Island, Ill., performed in the fifth annual Christmas at Augustana holiday concert.

Illinois State University
Allison Zale, of Oak Forest, was named to the spring 2012 semester dean’s list at Illinois State University in Normal. Allison is the daughter of John and Debbie Zale. She will be student teaching in the math department at Stagg High School in Palos Hills.
