The Tinley Park Titans celebrated Black History Month with inspirational quotations on the morning announcements, decorating a display case asking “What are our Titans doing to contribute to their American Dream,” and having thought-provoking conversations with the culturally diverse student group Seekers.

In addition, a group of Seekers members, along with club sponsor Selime Baftiri, traveled to Hillcrest High School to attend the Country Club Hills School’s Black History Month assembly.

This was an effort to continue to build bridges with the four schools in Bremen Community High School District 228.
