DUI ARREST: Matthew Biltgen, 49, of Kailua, Hawaii, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia June 24 after an accident at 159th Street and Harlem Avenue, police said.
MOTORCYCLE THEFT: A motorcycle was stolen June 25 from the parking lot of Harley-Davidson, 17801 LaGrange Road.
SUSPENDED LICENSE: Ryan P. Held, 35, of Romeoville, was charged with driving on a suspended license June 26 following a stop at 183rd Street and Harlem Avenue, police said.
BIKE THEFTS: Two bicycles were stolen June 26 from the 16500 block of Crescent Avenue.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT: John D. Slattery, 46, of Plainfield, was charged with disorderly conduct June 27 after urinating at the Oak Park Avenue Metra station, 6700 South St., police said.
DRUG ARRESTS: Joseph Karpus, 18134 Breckenridge Blvd., Orland Park, and Stephan Zimbauer, 9141 W. 161st Place, Orland Hills, were charged with possession of a controlled substance after a stop June 28 in the 7700 block of 183rd Street, police said. They said Zimbauer also was charged with driving without a valid license.
RETAIL THEFT: Roksana Kowalczyk, 29, 7951 Nordica Ave., Burbank, was charged with retail theft June 28 after stealing merchandise from Super Kmart, 16300 Harlem Ave., police said.
POT POSSESSION: Eric M. Shepherd, 18, 16807 Meadowdale Drive, Oak Forest, was charged with possession of marijuana after being stopped June 28 at 179th Street and Oak Park Avenue, police said.
