The Tinley Park Chamber of Commerce recently hosted an open house to welcome Karen Wegrzyn, the chamber’s new executive director.
Several chamber members, friends, family and guests stopped by to meet Wegrzyn and visit the chamber office.
An array of hors d’oeuvres was provided by Let’s Do Lunch, and mini cupcakes were provided by Creative Cakes, both located in Tinley Park.
More than 40 individuals participated in the event.
Established in 1955, the Tinley Park Chamber of Commerce is one of the area’s largest and strongest chambers, attracting members from throughout the greater Tinley Park and Chicago Southland region, officials said.
Membership is open to any business firm, individual of an association, corporation or partnership having an interest in furthering the objectives of the chamber.
