A disturbance Jan. 18 at an Oak Lawn tavern led to an Evergreen Park woman being charged with battery, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct, according to police.
They said Alicia H. Burke, 37, 9451 Lawndale Ave., was intoxicated and punched a police officer in the jaw and kicked other officers who forcibly removed her from B.J. McMahon’s, 5432 W. 95th St.
Police said Burke became rowdy and began threatening to kill any patron of the bar who “(messed) with her brother,” who was not at the bar, resulting in police being called.
