Motorcyclist dies after Alsip crash

A motorcyclist died Friday afternoon after apparently rear-ending another vehicle in Alsip.

Bhrett Green, 53, was driving a motorcycle in the 12300 block of South Cicero Avenue in Alsip when he crashed into the rear end of another vehicle, according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office.

Green, of the 2300 block of Vernon Avenue in Blue Island, was pronounced dead at 3:57 p.m. at Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, according to the medical examiner’s office.

Alsip police are investigating, but could not be reached for comment early Saturday.
