Tinley Park approves storm sewer repair

The Tinley Park Village Board will pay $123,000 for storm sewer pipe repairs in a culvert at 76th Avenue and 161st Place.
The cost also covers installation of a concrete end section and wing walls, village trustee Patricia Leoni said at last week’s board meeting.
S.A. Issert Construction Co., based in Wilmington, had the lowest of six bids.
The highest bid, from PT Ferro Construction in Joliet, was for $242,910.
