Park district seeks input on dog park in Tinley Park

The Tinley Park Park District, which is planning a dog park at 84th Avenue and 183rd Street, is interested in collecting residents’ input at a public meeting at 7 p.m. Oct. 2 at the Tinley Park Performing Arts Center, 16801 S. 80th Ave., at McCarthy Park.
The off-leash dog park would be designed with separate areas for small dogs and large dogs, according to a news release from the park district.
Current plans will be presented at the meeting, and residents can weigh in on what features they would like in the dog park.
