‘Freedom From Smoking’ program coming to Frankfort

The Will County Health Department’s Tobacco Control & Prevention program will offer its Freedom From Smoking program beginning Oct. 22 at the Frankfort Public Library, 21119 S. Pfeiffer Road.
Space is limited and registration is required. The cost is $25 per person. Participants will meet from 6 to 7:30 p.m. every Monday for seven weeks.
Freedom From Smoking is a community-based program that provides group support and skills to manage stress, control weight and fight smoking urges. Participants may have the option to receive the nicotine patch, gum, or lozenge.
