Candidate forum Oct. 20 at Rich South High School

A number of candidates for various offices in the Nov. 6 election will be on hand Oct. 20 for a forum from noon to 2 p.m. at Rich South High School, 5000 Sauk Trail in Richton Park.
Candidates slated to appear, and the offices for which they are running, include Democrats Dorothy Brown (Cook County Circuit Court Clerk), Al Riley (state representative, 38th District), Will Davis (state representative, 30th District) and Napoleon Harris (state representative, 15th District); Republicans Brian Woodworth (Congress, 2nd District), Donald E. Peloquin (Congress, 1st District) and Joseph C. “Tuck” Marshall (state Senate, 40th District), and independent Marcus Lewis (Congress, 2nd District).
The event is being hosted by the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Joliet Area/South Suburban Alumnae Chapter Social Action Committee and EMBODI.
