A semi truck driver suffered minor injuries Tuesday when the truck tipped over on the exit ramp from eastbound Interstate 80 to southbound I-57 near Country Club Hills, Illinois State Police said.
The ramp was closed during part of the evening rush hour as crews freed the driver, who was taken to a local hospital, and removed the truck from the roadway, police said. The ramp is now open.
It was not immediately clear whether the driver would be cited.
