Lottery ticket worth $67K sold in Crete

Someone who elected to buy a Lucky Day Lotto ticket Monday at Crete Foods and Liquor soon will be $66,666.50 richer, the Illinois Lottery said Tuesday in a news release.
The winner, who bought a Quick Pick ticket and matched all five numbers — 6, 16, 25, 33 and 39 — had not come forward as of Tuesday afternoon, the lottery said.
The store, at 940 E. Steger Road, will get a $667 bonus, 1 percent of the jackpot amount, for selling a winning ticket, the lottery said.
