Man shot dead at Hazel Crest home

A Hazel Crest man died Saturday night after he was shot at his home.
Tyler Randolph, 20, was shot in the chest at his home in the 3500 block of Birchwood Drive, according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office.
He was pronounced dead at Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn Saturday at 11:02 p.m., according to the medical examiner’s office. An autopsy Monday ruled his death a homicide.
Hazel Crest police declined to comment on the slaying Monday night.
