Freezing temperatures overnight are making for slick roads during the morning commute.
Some drivers apparently are finding that out the hard way, as there were a number of minor crashes Wednesday morning, including in Orland Park and on Interstate 57 near Oak Forest.
Forecasts called for high temperatures of 38, 36 and 37 from Thursday through Saturday, respectively, but the forecast low for each day remains below freezing.
