A fundraiser to help the victims of this week’s Boston Marathon bombing is scheduled for 6 p.m. Monday at the Running for Kicks store, 7158 W. 127th St., Palos Heights.
Owner Mel Diab said at least 100 runners will be on hand. They will run and will sell T-shirts designed for the occasion for $20.
All proceeds will go to help people who were injured in the blasts, said Diab, who was in Boston at the time to run the marathon with other members of the Southland-based Yankee Runners club.
