Man tries to rob Riverdale bank

RIVERDALE -- The FBI is looking for a man who attempted to rob the Chase Bank branch Saturday.
The man unsuccessfully attempted to rob the bank, 255 W. 144th St., according to the FBI. No weapons were displayed.
The robber is described as a black man in his 40s with a beard, the FBI said. He is between 5 feet 8 and 5 feet 9 inches tall with brown hair and brown eyes.
A reward is being offered for information leading to his arrest. Anyone with information should call the FBI at (312) 421-6700.
