DUI ARREST: Refugio R. Villa, 30, of Chicago, was charged with drunken driving, driving without a valid license, transportation of open alcohol, no insurance and improper lane use after a Jan. 15 stop at 95th Street and Cicero Avenue, police said.

DUI CHARGE: Shari L. Skafar, 35, 6706 W. 107th St., Chicago Ridge, was charged with drunken driving and improper lane use after a stop Jan. 15 at Southwest Highway and Melvina Avenue, police said.

RING THEFT: A diamond ring was stolen Jan. 16 from Fuller’s Car Wash, 4750 W. 103rd St.

DUI ALLEGED: Leonardo L. Estrada, 35, 9430 S. 76th Court, Hickory Hills, was charged with drunken driving, driving on a suspended license, no insurance, improper lane use and failure to wear a seat belt after a Jan. 17 stop at 95th Street and Austin Avenue, police said.

NO LICENSE: Cristian Salazar-Garcia, 25, of Chicago, was charged with driving without a valid license and no insurance Jan. 18 after a stop at Southwest Highway and McVicker Avenue, police said.

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Delores J. Shelton, 61, of Chicago, was charged with driving on a suspended license after she was stopped Jan. 18 at 95th Street and 53rd Avenue, police said.

NO LICENSE: Vincente Carrillo, 25, of Cicero, was charged with driving without a valid license and no insurance after a stop Jan. 18 at 95th Street and Cicero Avenue, police said.

DRUG CHARGE: Alfredo Martinez, 35, 12645 Alpine Drive, Alsip, was charged with possession of a controlled substance after a Jan. 18 stop at 108th Street and Cicero Avenue, police said.

POT POSSESSION: Jeffrey Leske, 56, 8831 Tulley Ave., Oak Lawn, was charged with possession of marijuana Jan. 19 after a stop in the 6300 block of 95th Street, police said.

NO LICENSE: Asser Saleh, 26, 9613 Ridgeland Ave., Oak Lawn, was charged with driving without a valid license and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident after a Jan. 21 accident at 95th Street and Marion Avenue, police said.

LICENSE SUSPENDED: Everado Segundo, 27, of Harvey, was charged with driving on a suspended license and no insurance after being stopped Jan. 22 at 104th Street and Cicero Avenue, police said.

MARIJUANA CHARGE: Eric Sanchez, 19, 9822 Kolmar Ave., Oak Lawn, was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia Jan. 22 after a stop in the 4700 block of 99th Street, police said.

DOMESTIC ASSAULT: Yousri Ibdah, 33, 9229 Central Ave., Oak Lawn, was charged with domestic assault after a Jan. 22 disturbance at his home, police said.

REVOKED LICENSE: Darrian L. Freeman, 34, of Chicago, was charged with driving on a revoked license after a stop Jan. 23 in the 4400 block of Southwest Highway, police said.

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Michael W. Frey, 19, 9304 Clifton Park Ave., Evergreen Park, was charged with driving on a suspended license after a Jan. 23 stop at 102nd Street and Pulaski Road, police said.

NO LICENSE: Jose L. Hernandez-Ramos, 20, 7711 W. 87th St., Bridgeview, was charged with driving without a valid license and no insurance Jan. 24 after a stop at 95th Street and Raymond Avenue, police said.

NO LICENSE: Henry R. Blas, 29, 2800 W. Broadway, Blue Island, was charged with driving without a valid license and speeding Jan. 25 after he was stopped at 95th Street and Harlem Avenue, police said.

POT POSSESSION: Thomas J. Fry, 23, 5835 Lynwood Drive, Oak Lawn, was charged with possession of marijuana after a stop Jan. 25 in his block, police said.

NO LICENSE: Bianca L. Allen, 23, of Chicago, was charged with driving without a valid license, having expired registration and no insurance after a Jan. 25 stop at 92nd Street and Pulaski Road, police said.

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Alma Solis, 38, of Lansing, was charged with driving on a suspended license, no insurance and improper lane use Jan. 26 after a stop at 95th Street and Cicero Avenue, police said.

HOME BURGLARY: A television and a laptop computer were stolen Jan. 26 from an apartment in the 9500 block of Mansfield Avenue.

LICENSE SUSPENDED: Michael M. Marks, 19, 7005 W. 87th St., Oak Lawn, was charged with driving on a suspended license, no valid registration, not wearing a seat belt, having too many passengers and transporting three children without restraint systems after a Jan. 26 stop at 90th Street and Cicero Avenue, police said.

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Mercedes M. Maggette, 20, 12514 Vincennes, Blue Island, was charged with driving on a suspended license and no insurance after being stopped Jan. 26 at 104th Street and Cicero Avenue, police said.
