Midlothian, Oak Forest police blotter

MIDLOTHIAN

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Ominey Newell, 21, of Hammond, was charged with driving on a suspended license May 15 following a stop at 148th Street and Cicero Avenue, police said.

THEFT: A fire pit and a barbecue grill were stolen between May 16 and 22 from the front of a house in the 4400 block of 151st Street.

DUI ARREST: Nicole Lubbers, 26, 13 Commons Drive, Palos Park, was charged with drunken driving after a stop May 17 at 143rd Street and Cicero Avenue, police said.

LICENSE SUSPENDED: Billy J. Banks, 61, of Chicago, was charged with driving on a suspended license and no insurance after a May 19 stop at 147th Street and Kostner Avenue, police said.

HOME BURGLARY: Two televisions and three game systems were stolen between May 19 and 22 from a house in the 4900 block of 144th Place.

DOMESTIC BATTERY: Herbert M. Hall Jr., 37, of Chicago, was charged with domestic battery May 20 after a disturbance at an apartment in the 3300 block of 147th Street, police said.

HOME BURGLARY: A 60-inch television and game system were stolen May 20 from an apartment in the 14700 block of Homan Avenue, police said.

BATTERY: Michael D. Robinson, 38, of Chicago, was charged with battery May 20 after a fight at 147th Street and Kedzie Avenue, police said.

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Rodshae McKinney, 24, of Robbins, was charged with driving on a suspended license after being stopped May 20 at 147th Street and Kedzie Avenue, police said.

POT POSSESSION: Miguel A. Rodriguez, 22, 14642 Keystone Ave., Midlothian, was charged with possession of marijuana after he was stopped May 21 at 144th Street and Pulaski Road, police said.

LICENSE SUSPENDED: Crescenciano Miranda-Lopez, 29, 5013 W. 159th St., Oak Forest, was charged with driving on a suspended license May 21 after a stop at 147th Street and Pulaski Road, police said.

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Sandra D. Blakely, 50, of Posen, was charged with driving on a suspended license after a stop May 22 in the 3400 block of 147th Street, police said.

BURGLARY TOOLS: Paul A. Fields, 49, of Robbins, was charged with possession of burglary tools May 23 after he was stopped driving a stolen golf cart in the 14100 block of Claire Boulevard, police said.

OAK FOREST

LICENSE SUSPENDED: Deandre A. Jackson, 20, 6304 Pond View Drive, Matteson, was charged with driving on a suspended license, speeding, no insurance and damage to property May 22 after a stop at 151st Street and Cicero Avenue, police said.

CAR BURGLARY: Someone stole an iPhone May 24 from a car in the 6200 block of El Morro Lane.

BATTERY: Munzer Karan, 40, 9241 Pleasant, Tinley Park, was charged with battery after a May 25 disturbance at Oak Sleep Center, 6360 W. 159th St., police said.

DRUG ARREST: Robert J. Ores, 22, and Christopher R. J. Mitchell, 19, both of 15311 Knox Ave., Oak Forest, were charged with possession of a controlled substance after being arrested May 25 outside their apartment complex, police said.

CAR BURGLARY: A GPS, cell phone charger and a flashlight were stolen between May 26 and 28 from car parked in the 15500 block of LeClaire Avenue.

DOMESTIC BATTERY: Christopher A. Krueger, 45, 5110 W. 159th St., Oak Forest, was charged with domestic battery May 29 following an altercation at his home, police said.
