HOMER GLEN
VEHICLE THEFT: A vehicle was stolen May 23 from outside Cool River Bar, 12622 W. 159th St., and was later recovered nearby. A digital camera and cash were stolen from the vehicle during the incident.
POT POSSESSION: Roberto O. Rivera Jr., 20, 13245 Woodland Drive, Homer Glen, was charged with possession of marijuana and drug equipment and speeding after a stop May 25 at 143rd Street and Little Creek Drive, police said.
BURGLARY: Someone broke into Tobacco Express, 14162 Bell Road, on May 26 and stole 76 cartons of cigarettes.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Sam Westferro, 24, 13069 Bluegrass Drive, Lemont, was charged with disorderly conduct May 27 at Mullets Sports Bar, 14903 Founders Crossing, police said.
VEHICLE BURGLARY: Stereo speakers, a sound board, stereo receivers and other electronics were stolen May 29 from an unlocked vehicle in the 12600 block of 159th Street.
REVOKED LICENSE: Zygmont Szeliga, 55, 13044 W. Buttercup Court, Homer Glen, was charged with driving on a revoked license, fleeing police, reckless driving and running a stop sign after a May 30 stop in the 13000 block of 159th Street, police said.
THEFT: A gas grill was stolen June 1 from a back yard in the 16000 block of Codo Drive.
VEHICLE BURGLARY: Two GPS units were stolen June 3 from a vehicle in the 14000 block of Oak Street.
VEHICLE BURGLARY: A GPS system was stolen June 5 from a vehicle in the 13000 block of Buttercup Court .
THEFT: A license plate was stolen June 6 from a vehicle in the 14000 block of Oak Ridge Drive.
ORDER VIOLATED: Matthew Cothard, 29, 12824 Woodland Drive, Homer Glen, was charged with violating an order of protection and possessing drug equipment June 7 in the 12000 block of Woodland Drive, police said.
SUSPENDED LICENSE: Arthur Garcia, 21, 12812 W. 107th St., Lemont, was charged with driving on a suspended license after a stop June 9 in the 12000 block of 143rd Street, police said.
PURLOINED PURSE: A purse was stolen June 11 from a vehicle at William Young School, 16240 S. Cedar Road.
ORLAND PARK
THEFT: Mary Sacharczyk, 21, 12S121 Lemont Road, Lemont, was charged with theft after creating a phony $246 refund for another employee May 2 while employed at JC Penney at Orland Square Mall, police said. They said employee Chante Porcaro, 31, 16359 Oxford Drive, Tinley Park, was also charged with theft.
RETAIL THEFT: Lydia Henry, 42, of Bellwood, was charged with retail theft after stealing $480 worth of fragrances May 18 from Sephora at Orland Square Mall, police said.
DRUG CHARGE: Konstantinos Dalakouras, 21, 5842 Sawyer Ave., Chicago, was charged with possession of marijuana and having expired registration after a May 24 stop in the 15800 block of LaGrange Road, police said.
POT POSSESSION: Amer Mustafa, 25, 7449 Sycamore Court, 2SE, Orland Park, was charged with possession of marijuana and speeding after a stop May 24 in the 15300 block of Catalina Drive, police said.
DUI ARREST: Erik Swedo, 24, 5510 Parkview Court, Crestwood, was charged with drunken driving, speeding, improper lane use and no insurance after being stopped May 26 in the 8000 block of 159th Street, police said.
DOMESTIC BATTERY: Shannon Jedlowski, 26, 14320 81st Court, Orland Park, was charged with domestic battery after a May 27 incident at her home, police said.
DUI CHARGE: Daniel Diaz de Leon, 23, 7928 Nashville Road, Burbank, was charged with drunken driving, no insurance and running a traffic light after a May 27 stop in the 15100 block of LaGrange Road, police said.
DOMESTIC BATTERY: Joseph Ponce, 40, 17806 Westbrook Drive, Orland Park, was charged with domestic battery after a May 28 disturbance at his home, police said.
DUI ALLEGED: Kimberly McCormies, 53, 5705 Dover Road, Oak Forest, was charged with drunken driving and speeding after she was stopped May 28 on 159th Street, police said.
MARIJUANA CHARGE: Alfonso Casarrubias Jr., 26, 9835 El Cameno Drive, Orland Park, was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, no insurance and driving with one headlight after a stop May 28 in the 14300 block of Ravinia Avenue, police said.
DUI CASE: Matthew Cmunt, 46, 8419 Westberry Lane, Tinley Park, was charged with drunken driving and speeding after being stopped May 30 in the 8500 block of 135th Street, police said.
DUI ARREST: Carol Crotty, 51, 8605 Shagbark Court, 2W, Orland Park, was charged with drunken driving, driving on a revoked license, driving on a suspended license, improper lane use and making an illegal turn after a June 2 stop in the 15100 block of Orlan Brook Drive, police said.
DUI CHARGE: Frederick Aguinaga, 29, 5225 88th St., Oak Lawn, was charged with drunken driving, possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding, improper lane use and following too closely after being stopped June 2 in the 14200 block of LaGrange Road, police said.
DRUG ARREST: Michael Sawyers, 18, 11605 Valley Brook Drive, Orland Park, was charged with possession of marijuana and drug equipment, illegal possession of prescription drugs and following too closely after a stop June 4 in the 17200 block of Brook Hills Drive, police said.
