NEW LENOX

REFRIGERATOR STOLEN: A refrigerator was stolen June 1 from a driveway in the 600 block of Goldfinch Lane, where it was waiting to be picked up.

VEHICLE BURGLARY: A boy was charged with vehicle burglary June 1 in the 2900 block of Royal Court after being arrested by police responding to a call of suspicious behavior by a group of youths. Police said the minor who was charged had proceeds from other vehicles he allegedly burglarized.

HOME BURGLARY: Electronic items and $1,500 in cash were taken from an apartment June 4 in the 1000 block of Shagbark Road.

GPS STOLEN: A GPS unit was stolen from a vehicle June 4 in the 700 block of Bon Terre Road.

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Kaitlyn Kearns, 19, 12640 Regan Road, Mokena, was charged with driving on a suspended license, speeding and no insurance after a stop June 4 in the 100 block of East Francis Road, police said.

BATTERY: Daniel Deinema, 25, 413 Boeing Drive, New Lenox, was charged with battery and disorderly conduct after he caused a disturbance June 4 at a movie theater in the 1000 block of West U.S. 30, police said.

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Christine Diver, 43, 2753 Foxwood Drive, New Lenox, was charged with driving on a suspended license after a June 5 stop at Foxwood and Laraway Road, police said.

POT POSSESSION: Matthew Oeler, 27, 23730 Ashland, Crete, was charged with possession of marijuana and drug equipment and was arrested on a DuPage County warrant after a stop June 5 at Whitehall and Laraway roads, police said.

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Catherine Kosteck, 49, 22617 Spencer Road, New Lenox, was charged with driving on a suspended license and no insurance after a stop June 6 at Kris Drive and Nelson Road, police said.

POT POSSESSION: Michael Pennington, 19, 14363 Boulder, Homer Glen, was charged with possession of marijuana and drug equipment and speeding after a stop June 7 at Laraway and Schoolhouse roads, police said.

PURSES PILFERED: Purses were stolen from a home after the sliding-glass door was broken June 7 in the 2900 block of Sheffield Drive.

VEHICLE BURGLARY: An iPod, GPS unit and a wallet were stolen from a vehicle June 8 in the 700 block of Sojourn Road.

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Samantha McMahon, 26, 1202 Andrea Drive, New Lenox, was charged with driving on a suspended license after a stop June 8 at Harvey and Schoolhouse roads, police said.

CASH STOLEN: About $200 was taken from a man’s wallet June 10 at a house in the 300 block of Heartland Drive.

WARRANT ARREST: Steven Miles, 34, 10640 Canterbury, Mokena, was arrested on a Will County warrant for failure to appear in court after a stop June 10 at Calistoga and Laraway roads, police said.

VEHICLE BURGLARY: A wallet containing $900, a DVD player, an iPod and a watch were stolen from a vehicle June 10 in the 300 block of Rossford Lane.

WILL COUNTY

THEFT: Patrick C. McCleary, 21, 320 Rossford Lane, New Lenox was charged with theft of a motor vehicle, speeding, resisting police, fleeing police, driving without a valid license and improper lane use after he allegedly burglarized three vehicles May 30 in the 100 block of Michael Lane, New Lenox Township, police said.

SCREEN DAMAGED: A window screen was damaged in an attempt to break into a residence May 30 in the 1800 block of Elm Drive, New Lenox Township.

VANDALISM: The side door of a vehicle was scratched May 30 in the 7300 block of West Lakeside Drive, Frankfort Township.

BENCH THEFT: A bench was stolen June 3 from the back yard of a residence June 3 in the 7900 block of Harvest Drive, Frankfort Township.

HOME BURGLARY: A residence was broken into June 6 in the 20000 block of Hunter Drive, Frankfort Township, but it was unclear what was taken.

VEHICLE BURGLARY: A debit card, driver’s license and $3 in change were stolen June 6 from an unlocked vehicle in the 11000 block of 194th Street, Frankfort Township. The debit card was used to make purchases from Wal-Mart and Speedway stores by the time the victim reported it stolen, police said.

HOME BURGLARY: A diamond bracelet and cash were stolen June 7 from a residence in the 10000 block of West Stuenkel Road, Frankfort Township.

VEHICLE BURGLARY: A GPS unit, wallet and checkbook were stolen from an unlocked vehicle June 9 in the 8000 block of West Rosebury Drive. Frankfort Township.

GPS THEFT: A GPS system was taken from an unlocked vehicle June 9 in the 900 block of Regent, New Lenox Township.

BENCH STOLEN: A concrete decorative bench, given to Arbury Hills School in memory of a student who died, was stolen June 11 in the 19600 block of Beechnut Drive, Frankfort Township.

DUI CHARGE: Mark Tulowitzki, 27, 314 Shabbona Drive, Park Forest was charged with drunken driving and improper lane use after a stop June 11 at 93rd Avenue and U.S. 30, Frankfort Township, police said.
