Frankfort, Mokena police blotter

FRANKFORT

PROPERTY DAMAGE: The exterior of a house in the 500 block of Aberdeen Street was damaged June 6.

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Jamal D. Williams, 34, of Joliet, was charged with driving on a suspended license and improper use of registration after a stop June 7 at LaGrange and St. Francis roads, police said.

DUI ARREST: Michael C. Valentino, 43, 9532 Minnick Ave., Oak Lawn, was charged with drunken driving, speeding, following too closely and improper lane use after a June 9 stop in the 20100 block of LaGrange Road, police said.

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Harlie Roberson, 18, of Danville, was charged with driving on a suspended license, no insurance and improper display of registration after a stop June 11 in the 21000 block of LaGrange Road, police said.

DAMAGED MAILBOX: A mailbox was damaged June 11 in the 700 block of Spruce Road.

THEFT: Teara Sanner, 18, 6123 Donnington Drive, Matteson, was charged with theft June 11 in the 22300 block of Center Road.

THEFT: Gasoline was stolen June 11 from a fuel tanker in the 10300 block of Vans Drive.

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Jackelin Resendez, 20, 634 W. 15th Place, Chicago Heights, was charged with driving on a suspended license, no insurance and speeding after a June 11 stop in the 21500 block of Harlem Avenue, police said.

PROPERTY DAMAGE: Landscaping and an irrigation system were damaged June 13 at Flagstone and Scheer roads, police said.

DRUG CHARGE: Adam Wdowikowski, 21, 22525 Center Road, Frankfort, was charged with possession of a controlled substance June 15 in the 10300 block of Laraway Road, police said.

DUI CHARGE: Janice Dvorak, 65, 22955 Cog Hill Drive, Frankfort, was charged with drunken driving, speeding and improper lane use after a stop June 15 it he 21000 block of LaGrange Road, police said.

DUI CASE: Michael G. Vogel, 30, 14500 Linder Court, Oak Forest, was charged with drunken driving and not reducing speed to avoid an accident after a June 16 accident at Hotchkiss Drive and Micou Street, police said.

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Maurice W. Joshua, 44, of Chicago, was charged with driving on a suspended license after he was stopped June 17 at 80th Avenue and Sauk Trail, police said.

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Jeffrey A. Diehl, 36, 8307 Chestnut Court, Frankfort, was charged with driving on a suspended license, speeding and running a stop sign after a June 17 stop at Bramble Street and Charrington Drive, police said.

BATTERY: Ronald Roesing, 47, 3710 W. 215th St., Matteson, was charged with battery June 18 in the 11100 block of U.S. 30, police said.

CAR THEFT: A 2002 Honda was stolen June 18 from a lot in the 19900 block of LaGrange Road.

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Javier Garcia, 34, 413 Blackstone St., Thornton, was charged with driving on a suspended license after being stopped June 19 in the 9700 block of U.S. 30, police said.

MOKENA

GAS THEFT: A Homer Glen man told police someone between June 1 and 9 stole $800 worth of diesel gasoline from both tanks of his semi-trailer truck when it was parked in the 8400 block of 191st Street.

THEFT: A John Deere riding mower and a trampoline were stolen between June 1 and 9 from a vacant home in the 10700 block of LaPorte Road.

CAR BURGLARY: An iPod, MP3 player, a laptop computer, sunglasses, a backpack and a makeup bag were stolen June 4 from a car in the 19700 block of Scarth Lane.

DUI ARREST: Leo Chabot, 45, 6228 S. Kilbourn Ave., Chicago, was charged with drunken driving and hit-and-run after crashing into a mailbox and leaving the scene of the accident June 5 in the 19300 block of 114th Avenue, police said.

JEWELRY THEFT: Danielle Bosshart, 19, 19504 S. 116th Ave., Apt. D, was charged with theft June 6 after admitting to police she stole more than $500 worth of jewelry from her mother, sold it to a jewelry store and used the money to buy gas and cigarettes and get a piercing, police said.

PURLOINED PURSE: A purse containing credit cards and $600 in cash was stolen June 8 from a car in the 9300 block of 191st Place.

CAR BURGLARY: A DVD player and a DVD were stolen June 8 from a car in the 10700 block of Mary Lane.

WINDOW BROKEN: A brick was thrown through a front-door window June 9 at a house in the 19900 block of Everett Lane.

CAR BURGLARY: Two cars were burglarized June 9 in the 12400 block of Telluride Lane, with a GPS system taken from one and a laptop computer from the other.

HEROIN ARREST: Caitlin Hurley, 21, 18624 Marley Hills Drive, Mokena, was charged with possession of heroin and drug equipment after her boyfriend discovered her unconscious June 10 at a home in the 19700 block of Swanberg Lane, police said.

THEFT: Center caps from the wheels of a pickup truck were stolen June 13 in the 11200 block of West U.S. 30.

PROPERTY DAMAGE: Heather Lee, 24, 11100 Daniel Terrace, Mokena, was charged with criminal damage to property and possession of drug equipment after a June 15 disturbance involving several people at her home, police said. They said Codey Cervantes, 20, of the same address, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug equipment in the same incident.
