MOKENA
DUI CHARGE: Bradley O’Brien, 24, 11236 Marilyn Way, Mokena, was charged with drunken driving, improper lane use, no insurance and driving off the roadway after a July 20 stop at Schoolhouse and Francis roads, police said.
DUI ARREST: Bruce Madsen, 65, 19827 Greenview Ave., Mokena, was charged with drunken driving, hit and run, no insurance, improper lane use and causing an accident after hitting a parked car July 24 in the 20000 block of Wolf Road, police said.

BIKE THEFT: A bicycle was stolen July 23 at Bluestone Bay and Northwind drives.
HOME BURGLARY: Approximately $2,300 in cash was stolen from a residence July 23 in the 1000 block of Shagbark Road after entry was gained through an unlocked door.
WINDOW BROKEN: A window on a residence was broken July 24 in the 100 block of Fairfield Drive.
THEFT: Scrap metal was taken July 26 from a trash bin at Providence High School in the 1800 block of U.S. 30.
RETAIL THEFT: Bianca Summers, 21, of Joliet, was charged with retail theft after stealing merchandise July 28 from Wal-Mart in the 500 block of East U.S. 30, police said. They said she also was arrested on three warrants.
BIKE STOLEN: A bicycle was stolen July 28 in the 2300 block of Bluestone Bay Drive.
BIKE THEFT: A bicycle was stolen July 29 in the 600 block of Lisson Grove.
CAR DAMAGED: The side of a car was dented July 29 in the 1000 block of Shagbark Road.
WINDOW BROKEN: A vehicle window was broken July 30 in the 2300 block of Cattleman Drive.
