CHICAGO HEIGHTS

HOME BURGLARY: Cash and jewelry were stolen Aug. 18 or 19 from a house in the 100 block of West 15th Street.

DOMESTIC BATTERY: Julio Arce Jr., 22, 71 W. 26th St., Chicago Heights, was charged with domestic battery after an Aug. 19 disturbance at his home, police said.

HOME BURGLARY: A television and video game system were stolen Aug. 19 from an apartment in the 300 block of West Hickory Street.

HOME BURGLARY: Three computers, a television and video game were stolen Aug. 19 from a house in the 400 block of North Concord Drive.

BROKEN WINDOW: A window was broken Aug. 19 at a house in the 500 block of West 15th Street.

DUI CASE: Rodolfo Gonzalez, 24, 1242 River Drive, Calumet City, was charged with drunken driving, illegal transportation of alcohol and speeding after being stopped Aug. 20 at 14th Street and Emerald Avenue, police said.

BREAK-IN: A window screen was removed and a window was opened Aug. 20 at a house in the 1000 block of Campbell Avenue.

POT POSSESSION: James L. Boyd, 30, 347 E. 16th St., Chicago Heights, was charged with possession of marijuana, driving without a valid license, no insurance and not having brake lights after a stop Aug. 20 at 14th Street and Park Avenue, police said.

DOMESTIC ASSAULT: Timothy R. Griggs, 25, 85 E. 13th St., Chicago Heights, was charged with domestic assault after an Aug. 21 incident at his home, police said.

DUI ARREST: Edward Potocki, 28, 12803 Elm St., Blue Island, was charged with drunken driving and improper lane use after being stopped Aug. 21 at Edgewood Avenue and 15th Street, police said.

VEHICLE BURGLARY: A digital reader, camera, garage door opener, keys and other items were stolen Aug. 21 or 22 from a vehicle in the 200 block of West 15th Street.

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Arthur L. Terry Jr., 23, 19023 Harding Ave., Flossmoor, was charged with driving on a suspended license and having only one taillight after an Aug. 22 stop at 14th Street and Edgewood Avenue, police said.

HOME BURGLARY: A television was stolen Aug. 22 from a house in the 1900 block of Beacon Boulevard.

HOME BURGLARY: A video game system and jewelry was stolen Aug. 22 from a house in the 100 block of West 25th Street.

THEFT: A welder was stolen Aug. 22 from a construction site in the 400 block of East Joe Orr Road.

DOMESTIC BATTERY: Patrice E. Giles, 41, of Minneapolis, was charged with domestic battery after an Aug. 22 incident in the 1200 block of Washington Street, police said.

VEHICLE BURGLARY: A window was broken and a purse stolen Aug. 22 or 23 from a vehicle in the 800 block of Maple Street.

DOMESTIC BATTERY: Deandre A. Johnson, 22, 14532 Chicago Road, Dolton, was charged with domestic battery after an Aug. 23 incident in the 200 block of East 25th Street, police said.

DOMESTIC BATTERY: Demetrious Ferguson, 30, 92 W. 21st St., Chicago Heights, was charged with domestic battery after an Aug. 23 altercation at his home, police said.

HOME BURGLARY: A window air conditioning unit was stolen and items were moved around inside a house Aug. 23 in the 700 block of West 16th Street.

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Darrell M. Woods, 28, 19214 Elm Drive, Country Club Hills, was charged with driving on a suspended license and running a stop sign after a stop Aug. 23 at 15th Place and Donovan Drive, police said.

BROKEN WINDOW: A window was broken Aug. 23 or 24 at Hong Chop Suey, 1519 Western Ave.

REVOKED LICENSE: Eric D. Andrews, 44, 321 Springfield St., Park Forest, was charged with driving on a revoked license, no insurance and not wearing a seat belt after a stop Aug. 24 at 15th Street and Donovan Drive, police said.

COCAINE CASE: Theodore Parker, 53, 1513 Wentworth Ave., Chicago Heights, was charged with possession of cocaine and illegal transportation of alcohol after an Aug. 24 stop at 16th Street and Wentworth Avenue, police said.

DUI ARREST: Theodore Oldendorf, 45, of Cedar Lake, Ind., was charged with drunken driving and illegal transporation of alcohol after he was stopped Aug. 24 at 14th Street and Chicago Road, police said.

NO LICENSE: Armando U. Martinez, 34, 3152 189th St., Lansing, was charged with driving without a valid license, no insurance and having expired registration after a stop Aug. 24 at Joe Orr Road and State Street, police said.

ARSON: Two vehicles were set on fire Aug. 25 in the 100 block of East 24th Street.

DOMESTIC BATTERY: Joseph H. Yarbrough, 37, 40 W. 19th St., Chicago Heights, was charged with domestic battery and violating an order of protection after an Aug. 25 incident in the 1800 block of Chicago Road, police said.

PROPERTY DAMAGE: A window was broken and a garage door was damaged Aug. 25 at a house in the 1300 block of Otto Boulevard.

HOME BURGLARY: Two televisions were stolen Aug. 25 from a house in the 1200 block of Park Avenue.

BROKEN WINDOW: A man broke a window Aug. 25 at a house in the 20 block of West 14th Place.
