Frankfort, Mokena police blotter

FRANKFORT

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Stephanie Ayala, 20, of Bourbonnais, was charged with driving on a suspended license, speeding and having expired registration after a Sept. 17 stop at LaGrange Road and White Street, police said.

WARRANT ARREST: Nick E. Anderson, 25, 10141 Becket Court, Mokena, was arrested on a LaSalle County warrant and was charged with driving without insurance and having a loud exhaust after a stop Sept. 20 at LaGrange Road and Bankview Drive, police said.

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Sean M. Ryan, 28, 7736 W. Jefferson Court, Frankfort, was charged with driving on a suspended license after being stopped Sept. 22 in the 20200 block of LaGrange Road, police said.

REVOKED LICENSE: Said Soto, 28, of Cicero, was charged with driving on a revoked license and was arrested on a Glendale Heights warrant after a Sept. 24 stop at Laraway and Center roads, police said.

OBSTRUCTING POLICE: Nicholas R. Lukas, 20, 135 Pueblo Court, Frankfort, was charged with obstructing police after a Sept. 25 incident at his residence, police said.

HIT-AND-RUN: David Adkins, 48, 445 Cottonwood Road, Frankfort, was charged with leaving the scene of an accident and improper lane use after a Sept. 25 crash in the 400 block of Colorado Avenue, police said.

MOKENA

DRUG ARREST: Brandon Haskins, 25, 3545 W. 79th St., Chicago, was charged with attempting to acquire a controlled substance by fraud after trying to pass a phony prescription Sept. 21 at Walgreens, 20002 Wolf Road, police said.

BATTERY: Kyle Duhoski, 24, 11726 W. 195th St., Mokena, was charged with battery, possession of marijuana and criminal damage to property after a Sept. 21 domestic incident in the 19400 block of Kylemore Lane, police said. They said Kristina Vallos, 21, 19431 Kylemore Lane, and Myra Machura, 21, 21159 Deerpath Road, Frankfort, were also charged with criminal damage to property.

CAR BURGLARY: About $4,000 worth of tools were stolen between Sept. 25 and 28 from a car at American Combustion Service, 19325 Schoolhouse Road.

THEFT: An employee’s company-issued cell phone was stolen Sept. 27 from the AT&T Wireless store in the 11200 block of U.S. 30.

DUI ARREST: Diane Schick, 48, 22584 Crimson Lane, Frankfort, was charged with drunken driving and hit-and-run after leaving the scene of the accident Sept. 28 near U.S. 30 and Wolf Road, police said.

CAR BURGLARY: A laptop computer and phone charger were taken Sept. 28 from a car in the 9000 block of Clifton Avenue.
